Update (04/11/2009): Those who have 05.11.xx baseband but have not been able to use fuzzyband’s baseband downgrader due to various reasons including non-supporting bootloader version should have a look at a new unlock tool released for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS by Geohot. It’s known as blacksn0w, it will work for iPhones running the latest firmware 3.1.2 on baseband 05.11.07: http://www.gadgetlite.com/2009/11/04/blacksn0w-iphone-3g-3gs-os-3-1-2/
We’ve been increasing contacted about whether it is possible to downgrade the new iPhone OS 3.1′s newly upgraded baseband 05.11.07 on the iPhone 3G / 3GS. At first we were quite convinced that the iPhone Dev Team would soon work something out for those who have mistakenly upgraded their iPhone 3G / 3GS and wait. But now it seems many are now understandably eager and want to be able to use their locked up iPhones again. That’s the bad news, the good news now is that there is a method to safely downgrade your iPhone 3G’s updated baseband from 05.11.07 back to an ultrasn0w unlockable baseband – 04.26.08.

Check it out, the Lenovo IdeaCentre Q110 Nettop is finally available for purchase at Lenovo’s online store. Lenovo are well known for shaping things up with a nice, smooth, glossy touch, there’s no exception for their new mini PC here. For mini PC fans who care for the outside just as much as the inside, I would say the Q110 certainly has its charms over the likes of Acer’s Aspire Revo per say.
Priced at $399, the Q110 is an ION-based nettop which offers a decent combination of hardware specs including Intel Atom 230 1.6GHz CPU, a 2GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and Windows Vista Home Premium 64 OS. Connectivity wise there are four USB 2.0, HDMI, Ethernet and a headphone jack. Continue reading »
