Useful gadgets: Jenda – a lifetime voice calendar

Posted on August 7th, 2009 by Ben in Gadgets, Geeky

Tired of losing Post-it notes? Couldn’t find a marker to write on the white board in the kitchen or at the desk? Well, Jenda may have the right thing for you, its called the Lifetime voice calendar. Its basically a mobile recorder in the shape of a calendar, it sounds simple to use even kids and seniors should have no problem with it.

Just push the right buttons for the exact date and make a recording of the list of things you need to do, then at that very day just push the blinking “Today” button and the list of messages will be replayed, so no more problems with eligible hand writings, missing Post-its thus forgotten appointments, birthdays, anniversaries etc

Jenda costs $39.95 and comes with magnets, wall mounts and a fold out desk stand, so it can be placed anywhere at your convenience. Also it will remind you when the batteries are about to go flat or even if you let your batteries completely run out your messages will still be there!

The thing is, once you acquire this calendar you will have no excuses for forgetting to buy stuff or miss an appointment! Unless you claimed to have dropped it into water as it does not say its water-proof!

  • It's wonderful to read about a female poet coming of age in this era, especially with Anne Sexton as a mentor for a short while, but so many other poetic luminaries as well. I'm also finding it encouraging to know, being 38 myself, that one can jumpstart her career at this age. Thank you for this inspiring interview, Julie Kane. http://Like-Acer.com
