Beanawave: The world’s smallest microwave oven

Posted on June 10th, 2009 by Sharon in Gadgets, Geeky

Beanaware is the latest concept by Heinz, which is a USB powered baked beans microwave oven. There are many different USB gadgets on the market, Beanaware is probably one of the coolest we’ve seen so far. It will be the world’s smallest microwave, measuring only 7.4 inches tall, 2.6 inches wide and 5.9 inches deep.

Heinz is considering producing a battery powered version and with Lithium Ion batteries. If consumers’ feedbacks are good, Beanaware will be put it into production. The recommended retail price will be around $160.
