Latest gadgets: Thanko’s tiny pico projector is super useful
Thanko’s latest mini, super tiny pico projector, the MINIJEC1 is one of those handy gadgets that would make you really cool and stand out at meetings, camping trips, etc, when you’re looking to entertain or give a presentation.
Measuring at just 61 x 37 x 60mm and weighing 42g, you could say it would fit into your pocket. Using the MINIJEC1 you can easily project videos from a PC, whats even better is that you can even project from an iPod Video or iPhone which is not something all Pico projectors can do.
Despite its amazing size, there will be expected drawbacks. It’s resolution is fairly standard, 640×480, with 10 lumens brightness and a 200:1 contrast ratio. As for results, expect a 45” screen size at only 2m away from the projector and 14” at only 60cm away.
