Latest Apple patent gives iPhone forward facing camera, morphing interface?
Apple’s latest patent likely for its next gen iPhone has been revealed, the graphical picture below shows not only that the next iPhone will have a camera on its frontside but possibly a new fancy technology applied to the screen. The new patent describes a morphing interface that will adapt to the motion of the user. For example, if you are in a shaky bus, the elements on a list will automatically enlarge so you can target them better with your fingers.
It is about time that the iPhone gets a forward facing camera. In addition, tThe drawings depict a front forward facing video camera which raises a high chance that the next gen iPhone will support face-to-face real-time communications between two iPhone users. Does anyone also think that Apple would throw in a bonus to this by letting iPhone users communicate directly to a desktop iChat user? If so, this would be incredibly awesome!
