Thanks Andy for getting in touch with us who asked whether we knew of a reliable source for watching the Transformers 2 movie trailer in HD. We’ve embedded the video trailer below in HD format (it seems you’ll need to click the top right HD button) for you mate, we think TrailerAddict is a pretty good and reliable site for this sort of thing.

Backing up apps downloaded from Cydia and the Installer.app for jailbroken iPhones have virtually been a non-existent support thus far. If you’re one of millions who have been either unlocked and/or jailbreaked your iPhone then you will know how great it is to have so many great free third party apps and downloadable tools and content. Despite this, probably the most annoying thing about having a jailbroken iPhone (no matter first gen or second gen iPhone 3G) is that everytime Apple releases a new firmware update, the iPhone’s jailbreak is replaced and what’s lost along with it are all the jailbreak apps downloaded and accumulated over the past weeks and months.

Canon have just gone official with their new Rebel T1i DSLR, the latest in the Rebel series of entry-level DSLR and the first to feature HD video capturing. Fans of DSLR will know straight away that this is a major blow in the head for the Nikon D90, lets see what Nikon will come up with next!

From 1080p video capturing at 20 fps (and 720p at 30gps), to its 15 megapixel sensor for stills, and ISO speeds up to 3200 (with 6400 and 12800 “additional” settings). Everything about the new Canon Rebel Digital T1i just makes me want to just pull out $800 straight away (or $900 with an EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens) and pay for this badboy. Unfortunately, the T1i isn’t going to be out until May!

It also has the shooting options currently in vogue: face, smile, and blink detection and full-resolution ISO settings up to 1600. The camera also boasts Samsung’s new Smart Auto feature, which automatically selects the appropriate scene mode for the environment users may be shooting in.

Check it out: Discarded Windows 7 concepts

On March 25, 2009, in Operating Systems, by Admin Staff

Apparently these are shots of Windows 7 concepts which never made it to production and as a result discarded.

There were apparently over 400 concept sketches shown off at the MIX conference, an event for developers where Microsoft spoke on the development process for Windows 7.

The most stunning one of all to me is probably the bat signal like taskbar thumbnail preview, very comical!

Equipped with OLED and an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, the Nokia N86 was unveiled at the MWC this year and has probably been one of the most looked forward to Nokia phones on my list this year so far.
