We often feature case mods here on GadgetLite no matter game consoles or PCs but not all the time do you get to find out how they are done. Here what we just stumbled across is a computer case mod in the form of a (suit)case, very geeky! Though it may not seem to be very realistic and a number of issues will arise such as poor heat ventilation (especially if you plan on cramming a server into it like the modder plans to!).
Hey guys, just another video demoing the new UI on the Toshiba TG01, this video has an excellent clear quality so thought you guys might be interested in seeing it in action.
We were sent the latest Sony stereo headphones MDR-XB700 over the weekend for a review. Our full review of its sound quality and performance will follow later in the week!

ZumoDrive is a free app just recently released on the App Store which works in tandem with a downloadable desktop client (Mac OS X or Windows) to let you easily move and use files between your desktop, your laptop, and your iPhone. Unlike other apps on the App Store such as Air Sharing (which isn’t free), ZumoDrive does require you to install a lightweight free software on to your computer and requires that both your computer and your iPhone have access to the internet either via 3G, WiFi or EDGE in order for you to upload files (photos and music as well) onto the ZumoDrive server. But this isn’t too difficult, the free iPhone client supports both Windows and Mac OS X, you just need to choose the appropriate one. I suppose the major difficulty here is you’re also having to rely on ZumoDrive’s cloud for storage instead of storing files locally, but there are always good and bad views on this.
In terms of the user interface, once connected, your ZumoDrive will show up like another hard drive where you can easily drag files that show up almost immediately on other devices. What makes ZumoDrive unique is that it automatically understands not to store larger files on your iPhone, but gives you access to those files from the cloud. However, it’s important to note that the free version only allows you 1GB of space to work with, which was quite surprising to me as I would expect at least 5GB with so many large files that we need to deal with nowadays. Nevertheless the money will need to come from somewhere I suppose! Upgrading the plan on ZumoDrive to 10GB will cost $2.99 per month and so on. For most users who deal with just simple word or PDF documents, 1GB should be enough.
Check out ZumoDrive on the App Store here, or check out the ZumoDrive web.
It was announced last year that a trio of new Need for Speed titles would soon be arriving by Fall 2009, what we have here now are screenshots of Need for Speed SHIFT which is the front-most on the starting grid. Apart from netbooks which are gaining a substantial popularity over regular sized laptops in the recent years. Gaming laptops have also been popular, most likely because of their advantage in being able to move abouts whenever necessary. What we have below are two of the latest gaming laptops revealed by Acer and Clevo at the CeBIT this year.

Check out some leaked pictures of the Motorola RUSH 2, one of the four phones Moto said late last year that they would be depending on to bring them back into the game (where they didn’t literally say it). For now, the pictures only indicate that they will be arriving the US, as its got a Verizon badge on it but who knows where else it might turn up. To me I don’t believe this will be an expensive phone, neither do I believe Motorola will be able to put a big price tag on it by the way it looks. No offence to any Motorola fans but the RUSH 2 as pictured doesn’t look like the prettiest phone compared to lots others on the market at the moment, but maybe it sports some exciting technology?
