Just wanted to start off the morning with some news and stats from Sony Europe. In the UK, there are now 42% of homes whom already have HD-ready tellies with 9% of which also having a Blu-ray player; considering the popularity of the PS3, its no surprise that this figure includes the popular console. In addition to this, it was also surprising to see that 69 million HDTV sets have already been sold in Europe alone, check it out:
