Check out Antonio Lupi’s latest invention, an innovative system of mirrors that are equipped with music diffusion systems, ie a mp3 player or iPod dock at the base. Why? Many of us like to sing in the shower, but the problem is music players aren’t, and the moisty environment makes it unsafe. This is an example where the mp3 mirror design by Antonio can come in good use. Designed by AL studio, this music amplification system can be adjusted to all mirrors with a steel frame. It comes with a lighting switch Touch Led which makes it easy to find out even when the lights are out.

On February 2, 2009, in Gadgets, Geeky, by Admin Staff

It’s February and guess what that means, Valentine’s Day is near! Our friends over at Walyou have come up with a list of gift ideas both for geeky boys / men and girls / ladies. Anyways, have a look and see if it helps? Further suggestions would be most welcomed!

Two features of Palm Pre we didn’t know about…

On February 2, 2009, in Cell Phones, by Admin Staff

We’ve just learnt through MobileCrunch about two minor features of the Palm Pre which turns out not many realised. As you will see in the video below, the Palm Pre has a slide to unlock feature very similar to that of the iPhone, it is optimised for one-handed, ambidextrous unlocking. All that is needed is a simple drag motion of the unlock object out of the circle and the Palm Pre will wake up. It’s also got a camera shutter that can be triggered by pressing on the spacebar which is also quite neat.

Philips has officially unveiled its super wide widescreen TV in the UK on Thursday as it attempts to offer something different to consumers aside from just another thin TV set.

The new model, called Cinema 21:9, will for the time being only come as a 56-inch model which will offer a 21:9 ratio screen. The result means that movies shot in the 2.39:1 format will completely fill the screen.
