I suppose the title could also be called rich people furnitures too. Do you have a laptop and often like to do your work on it while sitting in front of your tv? Well now you don’t need to make it so complicated. No more dragging the laptop out into the lounge and run out of battery after a few hours, then to find yourself looking for the laptop power adapter. Because the Athena Multimedia Sofa will take care of all of that, it’s got its own built in pc. The designer Artanova hasn’t given any specs, but from what it looks like, the display should have touch capability. The luxury though does come at an eye-popping price of approx. $15,436, which seems like a bit over the top in these hard times – so the PC in this sofa better be a quiet one, if not that would be quite annoying!

This is something that should be quite useful to have especially if you work along side a laptop all the time. This simple USB drive is made from a small piece of wood on the outside, equipped with 2GB on the inside and in addition to that a stack of post it, this is quite a clever idea I must say.
Do you know someone who literally lives in the World of Warcraft? If so you may understand more than I do what this lad is saying without looking at the subtitles. Internet-speak is a language that’s getting more common among the younger generation, maybe in 50 years time we might have to start learning it in kindergarden, ah! Watch the video after the break.
Vicki Butler-Henderson from Fifth Gear takes the all new Ferrari California hardback convertible (yes, Ferrari’s first!) out for a road test. This supercar is powered by a monsterous 4.3L V8 engine providing the California with 453hp, it’s also got the new F1 style 7-speed dual clutch transmission behind the steering wheel.

This new iPhone design concept called the iPhone 4G definitely has the wow factor. I like the way the designer Jim Young has widened the screen of this iPhone towards nearly the very edge making the most out of that OLED screen. It’s also thin, just 9mm, thinner than the new Toshiba TG01
Nice slick corners all round and speakers at the bottom. Apple should be highly capable to making something like this, because this literally is a MacBook crammed into an iPhone if you get what I mean.
Just earlier on this month Sony started including their interactive BD-Live video editing functionality within their Blu-ray discs. And the first movie title to be equipped with this is the Step Brothers, you know the one featuring Will Ferrell and John Reilly. Anyway, we’re not here to talk about the actors, what’s so cool about this new function within Blu-ray discs is that the Step Brothers disc includes a ‘Boats N Hoes’ music video editor, allowing you to quickly put together your very own version of the video used in the film, using clips from the movie, kind of like creating your very own clip classic. Once you’re done, you can upload the video using your BD-Live connection to share with friends and check out other people’s efforts online.
Thanks to Mark for sending us the link to the video demo below… Continue reading »
Here is another one of Google’s latest features to be released, Google Latitude. What Google Latitude does is that it lets you see your friends on a map within Google Maps for mobile and iGoogle. Of course, the person you want to see on the map will need to have the appropriate gadget, and you must have their permission first in order to see where they are.
An example of its use could be to plan a meetup with someone anywhere nearby at a point on the map, or see that a loved one has got home safely or just stay in touch (or spy) with friends!
