Here’s another recap of those juicy Sony OLEDs by Megawhat.tv which were featured at this year’s CES. Wristwatches with bending screens, full screen folding laptops, etc… you name it. We’ve been tipped some of our videos aren’t working within feed readers like Google Reader. This sounds like an old WordPress issue, so we’re looking into that, meanwhile if you can all do us a favour and email us / leave a comment if you spot a post with videos that aren’t working!
Update: Looks like Megawhat’s videos aren’t that stable, so we’ve found one almost exactly the same by CNET, enjoy! Continue reading »
I never imagined someone would create anything like this. This us a Floppy design CD-R disc, though it looks like our standard retro 3.5″ floppy, it actually is a CD-R which can fit nicely into your drive.
Since it’s square, it won’t be able to hold the standard CD-R amount of memory capacity, but 200MB is still 138 times more than the original floppy!
Yes, I know this is abit odd. Researchers at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology have developed a high tech exoskeleton robotic suit that aims to help farmers by giving them support and super strength! Expected to cost between $5,000 and $10,000, with great power comes great costs!
So it is possible after all. Luke Hutch has figured a more ‘simpler’ way to get a full working multitouch on the T-mobile G1. He has published a video to prove its not a joke and also a list of instructions for keen developers.
… he has figured out a way to demonstrate full working multitouch on a stock T-Mobile G1, and he even provides the video to prove it and a list of instructions for developers to follow suit.
Check out the demonstration video below, it ran smoothly and responsively, I’m sure all Android / G1 fans will be wanting to have this on your phones after you’ve seen it:

The rumor about the possibility of an upcoming nano version of the iPhone continues. According to MacRumors, Taiwanese manufacturers have taken orders for parts to go into the new slimmed down Apple blower. Factories will apparently start work on the new must have gadgets in March, meaning a June announcement, possibly at WWDC.
The new model will reportedly have a smaller screen and a more affordable price tag, obviously rocking lower storage for those not after stashing stacks of tunes, apps and movies on their phone.
