You will know that LG recently showcased their new wrist watch style mobile phone – GD910 at CES 2009, here is another new mobile from LG that takes the shape and style that we’re more familiar with. The Incite CT810 boasts the latest in cellular technology, it is equipped with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, Microsoft Office Mobile and Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5. Running Windows Mobile, the Incite will be able to offer users Internet Explorer for web browsing via WiFi and of course Windows Media Player 10 for all your on the go multimedia needs.
Not very long ago, we covered LG’s newest, very fancy GD910 – their latest wrist watch mobile phone. To me, it very much feels like stepping into the future, it’s like the type of gadgets you see in James Bond films, a touch of the touchscreen could easily trigger some sort of bomb. Realistically though, it’s not that far yet but it does look very impressive.

Hands on video (not literally) of the LG GD910 watch phone from Brian Cooley over at CNET at the CES 2009 to follow right after the break…
The SD Association (the people who brought us the popular SD flash memory card standards) at this year’s CES have announced a new memory card specification called SDXC, where the two letters behind SD stand for “eXtended Capacity”.
The specification is quite amazing, providing up to 2 terabytes storage capacity and accelerates SD interface read / write speeds of up to 104 megabytes per second, with a road map to 300 megabytes per second.
Is it a good comparison? I think it makes sense to put these two together, both of them are the latest full touch screen phones to come out into the market. Though I would say that both phone manufacturers tend to produce phones with styles that target different users. Nevertheless this quick hands on video shows you some of the ups and downs of the two newest touch screen phones to hit the market, if that’s what you are looking for by any chance!
