It’s believed to be the world’s only pink iPhone 3G, it was just sold on ebay auction today for GBP 400. However, it’s uncertain whether it’s an OEM job or made to appear as if it’s OEM. This could be a good idea if Apple were to mass produce a wide range of colours for the iPhone, it will certainly attract more female users and possibly to boost sales.

Most people are aware that extra caution is needed to purchase goods on ebay. There are many fake products in the market which look very much the same as the authentic one. If you search for iPod Nano or iPod Shuffle, you will find a wider range of color of iPods for sale on ebay, much more than that currently offered by Apple.

Here’s a tip: Majority of these are shipped from China (if you check the description or location of item) and are very likely to be fakes!
