Sevenmac Magazin got themselves (or do they actually have it?) some screenshots of Apple’s upcoming Mac OS X update, the much anticipated Snow Leopard. What’s interesting is that it looks like apps with 32-bit modules will need to run in 32-bit mode even if they are 64-bit.

To me, this doesn’t sound like the sort of thing Apple would put its users through. You have to restart the preference app in 32-bit mode in order to access the network preference panel? Or could it just be that Sevenmac have a developer version of the new OS X which only has 32-bit version of the network preferences panel? I hate to think that Apple is going to start putting a division between 32-bit and 64-bit.
