Strange, but it will really work! Wazabee will soon be introducing several ‘autostereoscopic’ products at Macworld that adds no-glasses 3D technology to regular LCDs and of course this includes the iPhone, iPod Touch. The 3DeeShell grabs onto the iPhone just like a protective case except abit more bulkier and features a 3D lens that you can remove when you have had enough.

Just in case you were wondering, this isn’t actually magic (it is quite neat though!) that can seaminglessly convert 2D to 3D, 3DeeShell still requires an application for it to do its job properly. Wazabee will soon be offering a trio of apps to create and view media for the display, named 3DeeVUsion, 3Dee!oadr and 3DeeCamera. The Wazabee 3DeeShell is scheduled to ship in early Q2 2009. Wazabee will also be releasing a similar device for 13.3-inch laptops and a standalone 19-inch 3D gaming monitor at Macworld.
