If you’ve got an old Windows XP pc like we do but can’t seem to get much done with it simply because it’s just too slow then here’s a possible solution for you. Don’t want to get your hands dirty or spend any extra money upgrading its system memory then just pop in one of those usb flash drives you have lying around. It doesn’t matter if it’s a desktop or a laptop.

This isn’t actually a hack of any kind, it is actually a function that’s been sitting there and waiting for you to activate the whole time! It really does work, at no extra cost, plus helps you make use of flash drives that are no longer of use to you. It takes only a few minutes and a restart to do, you will notice the difference in speed (depends on how much memory you give it though) immediately after restarting!
