Two weeks after the announcement of the world’s first 1.8-Inch HDD with a storage capacity of 240GB, to be mass produced from November onwards is Toshiba’s latest MKxx29GSG, an 1.8″ SATA HDD, which offers a storage capacity of 250GB and spins at 5,400 rpm. Measuring at only 8 mm thick, it will definitely be a fine piece of hardware which we will definitely see incorporated into ultra portable, wafer-thin laptops and netbooks in the near future.
