Google Chrome is a cool new browser, but not the same type of browser as firefox. The goal of Google is to probably take over IE, as this browser seems reminiscent of it. The biggest difference is that Google Chrome currently doesn't support plugins as firefox does. It will be interesting to see if Firefox pulls some of the code from Chrome to build a new and improved firefox.
