Have you been having the same question that many have had since your iPhone 3G was first unboxed when you got it? It seems many have been wondering why the speed of the new iPhone isn’t as fast as expected and it didn’t take long for this video to be made. Here’s a video which will probably solve your question, it basically shows you the ad that attracted everyone to buying the latest ‘twice as fast’ iPhone and compares it to the ‘real world’ iPhone 3G.

Nice finding. But is that video real? I mean how Apple can befool the world with help of an advertisement??
@Nain
I couldn’t believe the video myself neither, but its been shown on many other blogs and there seems to be an agreement that this has been the case. The only other ridiculous explanation I can think of is that Apple speeded up their ad in an attempt to shorten the video time to save tv ad fees, but that’s just me!
Yeah, that could be the correct reason!! Speed up the advertisement to cut down ad fees. Otherwise no company would ever try to befool people that could cost it its brand name.
