Living prove that Nintendo Wii Fit does help you loose weight…

Posted on June 24th, 2008 by Editorial Staff in Featured, Gaming, Latest News

This is great news, especially for those who had been highly suspicious as to whether or not the Wii Fit was just for a laugh when it was first released. The man featured below took the experiment on himself and decided to play the Wii Fit for a continuous 45-day period to see whether he would loose any weight. In the end, as you can probably see, he’s lost quite a substantial amount -7 kgs to be precise and by the looks of it, also gained a vague six pack!? So for those kids whose parents didn’t buy them a Wii Fit just because they thought it would help you shed your weight, go and tell them there’s now living prove!

But at the end of the day, I suppose if you do enough exercise consistently, you’re bound to loose weight, I think the role of the Wii Fit here is that it just gives you enough motivation to actually do the exercise!

    Lol! Good one!
  • This one is unbeleivable. I too made fun of this Wi-Fit but this live example has inspired me to buy one for me indeed! Its amazing. Nintendo has been phenomenol indeed! Thanks a lot.
  • I never doubted that the Wii Fit would work, it just always seemed so incredibly boring to me. I'd rather go outside and just walk a mile or two and have a lot of fun doing it rather then imaginary-hula-hoop.

Still, I'm glad it worked for him - it looks like it worked well!
