Talk about copying files/pictures or whatever it is that you need to backup quickly, the Virtual Console USB stick duplicator can do the job for you in two minutes. In two minutes, it doesn’t just copy one set of 1 GB-sized files, it does 60! So whatever it is that you want to make available to the public in your USB stick, consider the Virtual Console (mind you it probably takes longer to remove the sticks after copying than it takes for it to copy for you!

Remember the MonoTracer? Well here’s another vehicle classed within the motorcycle category but an entirely different concept! The Uno, designed by the 18-year old Ben J. Poss Gulak and his team is a self-balancing motorcycle that uses a pair of gyroscopes to constantly keep its rider upright. This means it only needs a set of wheels placed together and not like any motorcycle you’ve seen. It may not look really easy to ride but apparently it’s just controlled by an on/off switch and all you need to do to accelerate is lean forward. If you lean back, it reverses too – there’s something normal motorcycles can’t do!

The one-of-a-kind motorcycle was recently demonstrated at the 2008 National Motorcycle Show in Toronto, Canada.

As most will know, we in the United Kingdom usually get the latest in technology such as mobiles and other devices one step later than those lucky ones from the US so whenever news like this comes up, geeky bloggers like us get quite excited! This latest news just in, the three mobiles as titled have been noted as ‘coming soon’ on the Phones4u website as well as the Carphone Warehouse website. I have to say, even Phones4u which tends not to update as regularly, have decided to put these three phones up on their site, a possible indicator for their potential?
While Phones4u have not commented anything on possible arrival dates, we have managed to find these on the Carphone Warehouse page, here’s a quick list of what should be their expected arrival dates:
Samsung U900 Soul: 23rd April 2008
Sony Ericsson C902: June 2008
Nokia N96: August 2008
For others who may also be interested in upcoming latest phones which may be released in the near future, here’s a list sorted according to arrival month:
May 2008
- Sony Ericsson T280i
- Samsung F480
- Motorola MOTO Z10
- Nokia N78
June 2008
- Samsung G810
July 2008
- Motorola ROKR E8
- Sony Ericsson G900
I didn’t know there was a video like this, and its from Orange too!

BYD China, a leading battery maker has stepped into the electric cars arena by introducing its latest E6 electric car at the Beijing International Auto Show. Shaped much like that of a MPV, the BYD E6 will be built based on one of BYD’s previous electric vehicle platforms (known as the F6, China’s first mass production electric car). The BYD E6 will be a 5 seater with an acceleration of 0 to 100 kph of around 10 seconds. Top speed should be approximately 160 kph (100 mph), and the battery pack, which is located under the rear passenger seats, will be based on BYD’s own lithium-ion iron phosphate technology. What is more impressive about the E6 is that its range per charge is expected to be 300 km (186 miles).
Interested in loosing weight, reducing stress or just want to be refreshed? Try the new, world’s first LED spa, its thought that the monochromatic light it produces (from wavelengths of between 625-980 nm) work by causing physical stimulation of some sort. All you need to do is lie yourself down in one of these LED pod-like capsule machines that make you look as if you were getting a tan.

I don’t feel entirely convinced about this alternative type of medicine but it seems the ‘clinic’ claims they can help you loose weight even from a single session and that there are different packages to choose from to suit your own needs. There’s alot of information about these pods and this type of ‘treatment’ at the Med-Spa Aesthetic Medicine Clinic site, click here… Too bad it’s only available in Kent, but as the world’s first, I’m sure there will be more to come in the future if this type of therapy really does work!
Wii Fit will be on sale today, but many say that Mario Kart (which is already out) would be more preferable, simply because of the fun factor involved! So which is it, would you rather enjoy some excitement driving a mario kart or would you instead like to sweat yourself like hell with Wii Fit? Don’t know how well Wii Fit will sell, but mind you I can’t find a copy of Mario Kart anywhere here in Newcastle!
Check out this quick video, might help you make up your mind…
