Swimsuits may not necessarily be a geek’s type of thing at all, but there is certainly some kind of advanced technology involved in these latest swim wear. As Speedo claims the suit’s material is welded together to give the effect of having no seams, so basically as if you were swimming naked?Speedo says its new design creates less “drag” (friction of sort kind?) which can slow swimmers down as water passes along the surface of their skin or swimsuit.

    Reduced Friction? Well, that’s what I was just looking for! To the extent of my knowledge, it is even better than swimming naked! Reduced friction means it’s like swimming through silk or something!
