Ever thought that mobile phones these days have evolved so much with so many grand design changes that you worry whether any ingenious designs will further come to real life? Here’s possible an answer to your question, Motorola’s latest patent has revealed the “User Interface System”, a device with a foldable roll-up display and keypad.
What we all understand about things that can fold is that usually materials that offer such ability don’t offer very the device much functionality. But Motorola has solved this problem, they figured out a solution to the problem by using a reservoir with electrorheological fluid beneath the foldable parts of the device. When an electrical charge is applied to the material, it becomes rigid!
