The Nokia 8800 Arte which was announced a few months ago is set to launch in the UK next month as published on the CarphoneWarehouse site. The Nokia 8800 range has long been the spectacle of the luxury mobile phone market and the Nokia 8800 Arte is now set to not only continue it’s legacy, but also to improve on the lacking technological elements that were seen in the previous Nokia 8800 ranges.
The latest Nokia 8800 Arte will have the following main features:
- Durable stainless anti-fingerprint steel casing
- 1 Gb internal memory
- 3G and 3.2 megapixel camera (what should have been made available in the previous 8800!)
- Media player with much improved music and video functionality (thanks to the internationally-acclaimed DJ duo of Kruder & Dorfmeister)

Hey, this is definitely super! Just can’t wait to see and feel the actual gadget.
looks like the handset has finally reached Uk shores – The CPW Group now have the Nokia 8800 Arte in stock and have released it on O2 as they seem to do with new product launches. Should be available on other networks very soon – can’t wait.
Not sure if it’s worth the cost, but I love that you can simply turn it over to mute the ringtone.
